• With your authorization, the agent processes your request through standard travel industry channels
• You receive confirmation of any actions taken

Your travel agent will clearly explain all applicable fees before proceeding with any action. You will not be charged without your explicit authorization.

The following are determined solely by the airline, not by Flight Assist Network or our agents:

• Whether a refund is approved or denied
• The amount of any refund issued
• Whether a change fee waiver is granted
• Flight availability for rebooking
• Timelines for refund processing

Flight Assist Network may advertise online, including through search engine advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads). Our advertisements are for our independent travel assistance service — not for any airline.

• No airline trademarks, logos, or brand names are used in a misleading way

The travel agents connected through our network are licensed independent professionals. They are not employees of Flight Assist Network. All partner agents are required to:

• Hold valid travel agent licensing applicable in their jurisdiction
• Disclose all fees before taking any action on your booking
• Represent themselves accurately as independent travel agents — not as airline representatives
• Maintain confidentiality of your personal and booking information
