Flight Assist Network is completely independent of all airlines. References to airlines on this website are descriptive only and do not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with those airlines.
Service fees may apply for travel agent assistance. Your assigned travel agent will disclose all applicable fees before taking any action. You will not be charged without your explicit verbal authorization during the call.
Refund approvals, change authorizations, and fare availability are determined solely by the airline — not by Flight Assist Network or our travel agents. We make no guarantee that any specific request will be approved by an airline.
You agree to provide accurate booking information when calling our assistance line. Providing false or incorrect information may result in errors in your booking that are beyond our control.
Flight Assist Network's liability is limited to the service fees paid, if any. We are not responsible for airline decisions, schedule changes, cancellations, or any loss arising from the actions or inactions of airlines.
